I am a London based chef who has been working in food for the last four years after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu. I am a recipe developer for Great British Chefs where I create viral recipes for socials, then I work weekends at the open fire Mediterranean restaurant Fire and Wine in Marble Arch where I work the grill. I love modern European cooking and can create menu's either in a fine dining style or more casual family style as desired.
