While beautiful in scenery, and a relatively suitable stay – I had some pretty major miss-matches of expectation vs. reality. Firstly, while I did receive quick responses from Kaitlyn, it seems that she (or her team), utilizes an automated response system that searches for key words and sends pre-written responses on her behalf. I'm not sure where that ended and where her genuine responses began, but that was off putting.

Regarding the stay: The water system at the home was spotty. In the third bedroom downstairs, there is a relay pump of some sort that both makes LOTS of noise that's noticeable throughout the whole house, but almost unbearable in that donwstairs bedroom.

Being on what I assume is a sceptic system, the entire downstairs, and at times the upstairs, had a faint sewage smell. Far worse while water was being used, I'll note. Lastly, the floors, corners, lights, stairs, and other areas were dusty and dirty. These wer emy major grievances - otherwise fairly suitable.

This house was just what we needed - so much space - comfortable beds- very responsive when we reached out and very willing to accommodate any needs. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

We loved staying here!! The hot tub was perfect and the home was clean and super nice! Regardless of there being other units, it was very peaceful. Our highlight was seeing the baby goats :)

Kaitlyn’s really thought of everything for a lovely stay. The bed is so comfortable and the shower was divine! The extra special touches are so thoughtful; coffee, snacks, and music playing upon arrival. Kaitlyn is so communicative and proactive, never left me guessing or wondering what to do. The location is fantastic and close to so much fun! I’ll definitely be coming back to stay again!
