The space at 1007 pacific is exactly as described with no surprises. Alex is friendly and hospitable. I didn’t spend much time there however as my plans changed unexpectedly.

Alex's home is in a great location in Santa Monica. It's very clean and despite the stay in a the living room, Alex gives you as much privacy as you'd want. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the only downside (which isn't a huge deal) was being abit worried about parking as there is only about one block where you don't need a pass for certain times.

I can’t recommend this space enough! It is exactly what I needed for the week I visited. The bed is incredibly comfortable and just enough space and privacy. Alex is a wonderful host and always willing to give advice about to where to go and what to see. I will definitely stay again if I am in town.

I can’t recommend this place enough! It is full of character and charm, with a really relaxing vibe. It’s absolutely a gem!!! It’s very close to the beach, and is located on a quiet street. The location is perfect for exploring Santa Monica on foot (or scooter). The apartment was sparkling clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Alex was a phenomenal host!!! Very kind, lovely, welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk too :). He truly made me feel as I were at home! On my last night I’ve decided to sleep over at a friend’s; Kindly enough, without even asking, Alex offered to refund me the last night!!! I immensely recommend a stay here! :)
