This is a little gem of a place - tucked away, private and super warm. It has everything you need to self-cater and was great for a business trip. Thank you Sarah!

Good location with easy access to almost any part of Cornwall. The studio had most amenities one could need. There were also plenty of nice and thoughful touches left throughout by the host - some butter in the fridge, different sorts of fruit jam in the kitchen, salt and pepper, tour guides for Cornwall, pads for ladies in the bathroom. However, we didn't find the place clean - the floor could have used a vacuum, there was something sticky on the kitchen floor and we found pet hair on the outside part of the sheets. Do note that the sink, shower and loo were clean, which we were happy about! Finally and most importantly - it was really cold and therefore damp as well. There was a wall mounted radiator but it didn't work and there were no portable or fan heaters. At least the shower was nice and hot so we could warm up and go straight to bed. Bring warm slippers and extra layers if you're travelling in Autumn.
