Great space! Exactly as described, I felt safe and the place was in a great location and was clean. The room was private but the bathroom was technically in a shared space but I had the bathroom to myself. I loved Tony's home and would definitely recommend it to others and would stay again in the future.

the room was cozy and comfortable, the bathroom was nice and had many handy items(body lotion, cleansing water and cotton pads, etc.) so it was a really nice say!

Excellent location. Perfect in fact if you have anywhere to go in LA. Very safe street and neighborhood. Easy street parking. Total privacy. I would stay there again. My only complaints were that no food was allowed in the house or room which made eating dinner or even a snack at night difficult. And make sure to bring your own drinks/water. The only water available here is a water bottle with filter that you have to fill up in the bathroom sink (not ideal). Otherwise I’d recommend it to anybody. The location right off the 10 is so convenient. Check in was very easy and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.
