Fabulous stay. A great part of town. Dean village a stone's throw away, and 15 minute walk to Princes Street. Accomodation had character and spaces for six adults. Really special place and would stay again.

The house is very nicely located and was generally clean when we arrived.
Unfortunately the washing machine broke after the second run and the carpet and floor needs to be replaced.
Otherwise, the house is a fairly priced and good option for families or larger groups.

We were excited for this apartment because we liked the style on the photos. It sadly turned out that we couldn‘t stay for more than one night, because both bedrooms were in very bad conditions. Both windows, even the curtains were covered in mold. Not only those two rooms, but also the bathroom and the tiny storage room showed signs of mold. Our trip included 5 nights which is why we booked another accommodation the next day. Still, we have to say that we liked the location of the apartment, and also the furnishings of the kitchen and the living room, but our health was more important, which is why we were really disappointed. We contacted the Airbnb support with proof photos and got a response within a few hours. We get our money back 3 days later.
