We loved every single course. The attention to detail was incredible. We even found out the Air BnB didn’t have a wine opener and he immediately called to get one so we would not have to do a thing. He even recommended wines, called the wine shop so all I had to do was pick them up. He went above and beyond for sure. Professionalism and communication was excellent. He’s very clean and organized and meticulous about each of the dishes. Friendly and great conversation as well. Absolutely let Vale give you an amazing meal. You will love it!
