Richard’s place is in a great location, very near the canal and with excellent restaurants, bars, and stores within a couple of minutes walk. I felt safe in the apartment and in the neighborhood, and the place was comfy. Richard was also very accommodating for an early check in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Richard is a gentleman. His apartment is fabulous and is in a fabulous area. It has all you need for a visit to Paris. I could not recommend a stay here highly enough.
