Enjoy yoga followed by 3 hours of dance right downtown Oakland. Our family loves this weekly event on Sunday mornings. Yoga starts at 9:30 followed by dance. Great DJs. Families with kids will enjoy the upstairs kids area where your kids can play with toys, puzzles, books and hula hoops while the adults dance.

Try a unique dancing style- contact improv (read as very bay area) on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. Intro class starts at 7pm on Wednesdays. This is a dry venue.

We love dancing, there is also an E Dance in Fairfax on Friday nights. Oakland is much larger and more "colorful"...happens on Wed. eve.
