Despite his past lives as a pilot, actor, doctor, director, and activist, serial entrepreneur Enrique Piñeyro claims his most challenging role yet is his newest vocation: restaurateur. His industrial-style restaurant, which specializes in grilled meats, river fishes, and pastas, closed temporarily during the pandemic (and will open back up in February 2022).
