Some tips on how to get to and from Leichhardt from the airport and city. From the airport – it’s a 20-30 minute taxi ride or uberx - approx $30-$40 From the city, where most tourist attractions are – it’s a 7 km journey by: Bus – get any of these buses from the city - Bus Number (L38/39)) (Limited Stops) – then a 2 min walk – total approx 20-30 mins Train – get a west bound train on the inner west line to Lewisham and it’s a ten minute walk to Edith Street – total approx. 20-35 mins Light Rail/Tram – get a west bound tram from the city to the Marion St stop in Leichhardt and a 5 minute walk to Edith St – total approx. 25-35 mins
