This is a historical place and was the capital of Queen Devi Ahalyabhai Holker, who ruled the central india and Indore. The fort is majestic and so is the River Narmada flowing next to it. Famous for its silk sarees "Maheswar Silk"! A beautiful experience, one should never miss!
