Modeled on the influential New York speakeasy bars that in the early 2000’s led the modern revival of cocktail culture, standout Singapore cocktail bar . 28HKS 香港街28号出现在这张榜单上可谓当仁不让，外表看起来就像是个密不透风的骑楼一楼，仔细找寻一个不起眼的门开启就是了！ 28HKS 坐落在香港街28号克拉码头，这里是美国上世纪20年度地下酒吧风格吧。酒吧的入口没有记号，所以看起来酒吧好像没开门。只要推开左边的门就能进去了。大楼面向大街的一面有个很大的“28”。 香港街28号算的上新加坡酒吧的老前辈，它为新加坡带来了鸡尾酒文化的繁荣昌盛。在这里，除了品尝鸡尾酒盛宴，一定不要错过这家酒吧收藏的精品酒，有网友说它是新加坡之最也不为过。

Cocktail bar 2 mins walk from home. It's designed as a "Speakeasy" so easy to miss - look for the no. 28 above the door. Expensive cocktails (~20SGD) but delicious.
