Both great for history and walking in nature, to get the feel of the real, pre-Celtic Tiger years of Ireland. It is a very appeasing and meditative walk and surprisingly merry for a burial ground.

The walking tour is fantastic, the stories the guides tell are guarantee to captivate locals and tourists alike. Here they will bring you around graves of famous Irish poets, writers, artists, presidents, influencers, chancers, politicians. They make it a really informative and entertaining afternoon. Skip the museum itself. Very modern and hi tech but it doesn't do the rest of the place justice.
