Amazing breakfast in Wilson. Prepare to wait on weekends but you may be lucky to post up at the counter. Eggs with Chorizo and Avocado, need I say more.

You can find us at Nora's almost every morning we're in town. I love the huevos rancheros and my kids love the pancakes.

Rise early to snag a table at Nora’s Fish Creek Inn, a Wilson depot recently recognized as an “American Classic” by the James Beard Foundation. Trout and eggs, huevos rancheros and short stack of pancakes make for a hearty start to the day. This local's favorite is a fun place to grab a bite.
