If you prefer to see the seals from land rather than boat an excellent place to go is Horsey. The seals come on to the beach in the winter months to give birth and the beach is literally covered - it is quite an amazing sight. It does get busy and quite muddy so go prepared. See the above website for further details and updates regarding if and when the seals are there.

Horsey Beach is an unspoilt and beautifully quiet sandy Norfolk beach on the east coast of the UK. Very popular for seal watching in the winter months from November through to February/March.

Horsey beach had 2069 seals that were born in the 2019/2020 season, so this really is a great place to come and see them. And it isn't just Horsey beach that now has the seals. Every year more and more seals breed at Winterton beach too.
