This is one of those places where you see how people lived 100 or so years ago and think ...'oh my god, how they they survive without a cell phone, washing machine and indoor plumbing!'. Yep, it makes you appreciate what we have. They also have an annual Highland Games, Scottish games in summer (see highlandgames.com). This is where you can see men (and maybe women too) tossing what look like small telephone poles, called a Caber Toss. Yeah ... I know, but remember hundreds of years ago they didn't have TV's, video games, or cars, or ... well a bunch of fun stuff, so ... they made up these games .. and they're fun to watch.
