Opened in July 2016 on the quiet thoroughfare between King Street and Chapel Walks, this fantastic fine dining restaurant and creative cocktail bar offers a modern take on British cuisine with chef Ben Mounsey taking over the kitchen in February 2018. Formerly Head Chef at 2 AA Rosette The Lawns at Thornton Hall, and Sous Chef at Michelin Star Fraiche in Birkenhead and 2 Michelin Star Andre in Singapore, he has taken the menu to another level with a la carte, tasting menus and British Tapas options.
