Right in the heart of the Mercado Central, the freshest and highest quality fish is selected daily by the owner from his suppliers just a few feet away in the market stalls. The Tuna Tataki is superb here, it is our favourite place to eat Tuna in Cádiz but it's all really excellent. There are not many tables available to sit at here, so pick your moment to visit when you can get a seat and savour it. Superb value for money.
