This winery in Santa Margarita — a tiny town off Highway 101, just before you take the steep, swooping plunge toward San Luis Obispo — is famous for its zip and sip tours. The high-flying adventure includes six zip lines, a 300-foot suspension bridge slung across a deep gorge, two short moderate-intensity hikes and a chance to learn about sustainable wine growing, local wildlife and the dining preferences of bears.
