When ingredients from the ground get turned into something delicious, it’s Dirt Candy. Eating here is a high-concept experience with a modern interior to match. Most dishes are vegan, or can be made vegan on request. Chef Amanda Cohen mixes ingredients in fantastic ways––you’ll get a dish that’s pungent, astringent, and sour all at once. The Korean fried broccoli and the cauliflower tacos. Added bonus: they’re both full of fiber.

Amazing amazing vegan food but more than that, this place is an experience. For one price, including tip, you get several courses of some really thoughtful, ingenious food that will blow your mind. Around ~$80pp

Never has vegetarian food been so appealing, the way they make carrots and broccoli taste is just incredible. Everything is instagrammable and delicious. Make sure to book well in advance

Note: Dirt Candy is at 86 Allen, google maps has not updated yet. The best Vegetarian restaurant ever! $$$ Not your typical vegetarian restaurant. Creative dishes suited for foodies that are vegetarian.
