The second floor usually offers the standard acoustic cover band, but you go for the people watching. Sitting by the railing offers a great view of the boardwalk. On Wednesdays and Sundays during the summer it's a great place to catch the 10pm fireworks.

There is a second floor bar overlooking the boardwalk, which is great for people watching.
