Great breakfast spot. The hours can be kind of hit or miss, but if you can get in its worth it. Only open for breakfast as far as I know.

One of the best breakfast places nearby, Joe's serves delicious Southern-style breakfast, along with plenty of character (especially if you get to meet Joe himself!) This is a fun breakfast cafe, Joe the owner is a hoot. Joe is from the south and has fabulous grits.
