Schedule your private SUP yoga class on Higgins Lake! This fun class involves paddling out to chest-deep water on a leg stable SUP with the instructor, tossing in a tiny anchor (provided) and practicing yoga on the board! Also offers indoor classes. See website for details.

My old friend Mariah Frye Colie owns this studio and she is one of the teachers. This is the cross country ski lodge her parents owned while she and I were growing up. She turns it into a yoga studio in the summer, then runs the lodge with her husband in the winter. The Frye family also owns the B & B Sports Center & Marina and the mentioned Cross Country Ski Headquarters.
