Cawdor Castle is a firm favourite with our extend family as well, we often will visit when they are visiting to enjoy a great walk through the grounds and gardens.

Cawdor Castle Gardens is a peaceful haven also accessible by bike. Take a walk in the walled garden full of roses, rhododendrons, blue poppies and contemporary sculptures, or explore the nature trails in the Big Wood.

This castle dates backto the 14th century when the origanl tower was built for the Thanes of Cawdor. There are also beautiful walks through the woods amd gardens. Open from April to September it is well worth a visit
