“A great little place that made great Vietnamese sandwiches.” We'd seen crowds gather at this tiny street corner sandwich shop, and vowed to discover for ourselves what the commotion was all about. On the day we stopped by, a little old granny was in line, calling out her order. We asked if she liked eating here. She gave us a smile and nodded. That was good enough for us. We were not disappointed. The bread was crunchy, and the filling juicy and flavorful. It was as a banh mi should be ... simple and delicious.
