New local rum distllery making delicious boutique small-batch rums from traditional heirloom varieties of hawaiian sugar kane (ko). All their rum is made from fresh pressed cane juice instead of molasses, like 99% of the world's rum. Tasting rooms is only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. (Tastings are free on Wednesday as of 8/1/2016)
