A castle where the current Eltz generation still lives. Open for visits from mai till oct for tourists.

Pure middle age which can be reached by car in about one hour. Please use at the parking lot the trail by foot through the forest. When you ask yourself after a while, where is the fortress, it suddenly will stand majestically in front of you.
