If you are a fan of steak, you know a dish called Beef Wellington. The dish is so complex that it is impossible to prepare at home so why not try it out at Rico? The portion is good for two and the flavor is like nothing you have tried before. Very close to Michelle’s though.

This is one of the best dining restaurants in Hanoi. The food stand at 4/5 compare with the price. The service is 4.7/5, they are friendly and kindness when you ask any offers or problems during the meal.
