Really good fish shop in the St. Marychurch shopping precinct (21 Fore St.) and the quiches that they sell are really good. Great fresh fish counter, quiches, fish cakes and fish pie plus cooked crabs and shellfish platters. They deliver too but parking nearby is easy and there are lots of other great individual food shops up here.
