A must stop before touring the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Here you can watch a movie every 30 minutes in the Auditorium Theater, view interactive displays and shop the gift shop. Ask the rangers about the best site to view the eruption, and get hiking information and the latest updates.

The park itself is closed because of the eruption right now 7-2018 however in Pahoa or the town of Volcano there are great restaurants and you can see the amazing glow of the eruption of fissure #8......amazing!

A must see...just hours from here with trails, lava tubes and spectacular lava flows. There is a fee to get into the national park (check at visitor center with park ranger how to see lava flow or glow

Get oriented to the park here. Volcano house is just across the street. You can access the Sulfur Banks from here, and the Halemau'ma'u trail.
