The West Side Market opened in 1912 and has been serving The Land ever since. The indoor portion of the market measures 241′ x 124′ and has a 44-foot high Guastavino tile vaulted ceiling and a clock tower, which stands 137′ tall. It features more than 100 individual vendors selling everything from prepared foods (come hungry!) to fish, meat and dairy. Produce is located in adjoining outdoor stalls. The Market is open year-round on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays from 7:00am – 5:00pm, and Sundays from 10:00am – 4:00pm. The Market is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Stay in Ohio City for the rest of the day and enjoy some of Cleveland's finest brewpubs.
