In true Houston culinary fashion, these guys bring you TexAsian BBQ! They crush it with the traditional Holy Trinity (brisket, sausage & ribs) but then mix it up with brisket fried rice, Japanese curry meatball subs and various other crazy concoctions. Alternatively, place a bulk order of pork belly burnt ends, jalapeno-cheddar sausage, brisket fried rice, and ambrosia salad. Advance orders require a minimum of five pounds of meat, and must be placed 48 hours in advance via Blood Bros’s website.
