Many come here for stellar views of the downtown core and the location inside the Shangri-La, but the food here is not to be passed over. Named after the Japanese god of the hearth, Kōjin is Momofuku’s take on a steakhouse, with many different cuts and sizes cooked on a wood-fired grill.
