Located in Austin Heights, just 5 minutes drive away to enjoy the local favourite breakfast! Fangyuan is one of the old kopitiam in Johor of about 60 years, a right place for morning coffee, partnered with kaya butter toast and half boiled eggs. please also try out their nasi lemak!
