Nestled into a lush hillside overlooking glassy North Sound, this elevated Caribbean escape gives you a taste of authentic culture with a touch of modern luxury. Stone pathways lead through the property, past the tropical vegetation that encompasses the villa. After a day of snorkeling, sip a “painkiller” cocktail—a Virgin Island favourite—as you lose yourself in Leverick Bay’s easy-going vibe.

Vaulted timber-beam ceilings create a lofty ambiance with an abundance of natural light in the laid-back space. The design scheme is peppered with wooden accents and décor. From the main living area, the terrace is easily accessible through sliding glass doors. Animal prints (think: zebra chairs at the dining table and leopard-printed bedding) lend a fierce aesthetic. Seemingly melting into the ocean beyond, the refreshing infinity pool is the perfect escape from the sultry afternoon heat. Dine alfresco under the shelter of the loggia as a gentle sea breeze envelops you. After dark, the bay comes alive with the glow of moored sailboats. Why not lounge on the plump wicker furniture with a bottle of wine?

An open-air billiards room lets you take your first break shot with a dramatic (though perhaps distracting) backdrop. Get up close and personal with the coastline and its vibrant marine life; kayaks and paddleboards are available to rent nearby. Your adventure-filled bucket list will be checked off with a trip to the Baths—a series of granite boulders that form saltwater grottoes. Dig your toes into the sand as you stroll along the golden shoreline.
