Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

They say that the squaddies mailed their love letters back home at the Old Post Office ! 40 mins to the coast, Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Southwold,, with shopping in Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. 10 mins drive from Diss train station with a direct line to London. The Norfolk Broads only 15 mins in the lovely market town of Beccles.

Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
