There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee.

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area.
