Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. My property is a newly renovated guest house tucked away in the heart of Hollywood. Only a 10 minute walk from the Grumman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood/Highland Metro, Dolby Theater where the Oscars are held, and numerous famous bars and restaurants. The guest house is set in a jungle/paradise setting, in a very quiet and idyllic surrounding where all you can hear are birds chirping, my ginger kitty Bella sunbathing and my black lab Teddy making the rounds of his land.

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
