Tο διαμέρισμα είναι ένας ισόγειος δροσερός χώρος 29 τμ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο μιας μονοκατοικίας με κήπο το οποίο βρίσκεται πάνω σε ένα λόφο ακριβώς στο χωριό Δρέπανο.Η απόσταση από την θάλασσα είναι 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο ή 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Η απόσταση από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού είναι 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"
