The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
