Lovely holiday house with swimming pool of 5m diameter and garden of 800m2 in the middle of nature, close to the marvelous crystal clear sea of Solanas with its large sandy beach. The house has a living/kitchen with dining table, TV, couch. The 3 bedrooms all have their own airco and bathroom. The house has been restructured, insulated and the bathrooms are functional, modern and clean. The kitchen has all necessary comforts like dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, water boiler, microwave.

Just outside the centre of Villasimius, near the long, sandy beach of the village, the 2-storey holiday home Raggio di Luna enchants guests with a modern living room. The house is located in a residence in front of the park "i giardini di via fiume", in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
