My place is set on 200 acre of wilderness with 30 acres cleared for campers and accomodation, beautiful beaches, safe swimming beaches, surf beaches, boat ramp, bush walking tracks and shops. The is an onsite laundry, pool & tennis court. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups & dogs. THIS IS A SUMMER ONLY LISTING Snowbird Lodge, located in the small hamlet of Charlotte Pass Village is the highest lodge in Australia. The lodge has 20 ensuite guest rooms, and is ski-in/ski out during winter months. The large lounge room has amazing views over Charlotte Pass Village, a modern kitchen, large inviting fireplace and a myriad of seating options.
