Tastefully remodeled mid century bungalow in a wonderful tree lined neighborhood called Elmhurst (near UC Davis Medical center). Clean, private home in a great central location. Perfect for visiting nearby family and friends. Short walk to the UC Davis Medical Center (less than 1 mile) and East Sac's shops and restaurants. Betty's Bungalow - Walkable to UCD Medical Center!

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

Unwind in Mariposa Cottage, our cozy one-bedroom guesthouse, nestled in a safe, central, and family-friendly Sacramento neighborhood. Just one block from Colonial Park—a 2+ acre community space with a playground, kiddie pool, picnic areas, and sports facilities—you’ll find plenty to enjoy nearby. Only 12 minutes to downtown/midtown’s restaurants, entertainment, and activities, and minutes from UC Davis Medical Center, grocery stores, and more.

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
