It is attached to the rear of the main house. Within 250m of Miami village local restaurants. Within walking distance from Miami Beach the Paddock Bakery and local bars. This is a beautiful place directly across the road from the beach. It's a brand new studio space on the bottom level of a multi million dollar home. You have private entry access with all the amenities you need. There’s cafes and restaurants only minutes walk away. There’s a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and all the other basic kitchen appliances you’ll need. King bed, and a portable cot, air con/heater, washer/dryer, bath, shower, toilet and a large wardrobe.

Comfy converted garage with separate bed and lounge. The space is detached from the main house in a convenient peaceful location. A southern GC suburb close to the M1 yet quiet, with beaches and a major shopping centre at your doorstep. Airport 20mins away, all theme parks between 20-30mins away and beaches 15mins away. Wi-Fi, Netflix and air conditioning included. Parking right outside your own private entrance. Dog friendly but sorry NO cats. Rules apply
