The Nest

A gentle, quiet space to relax, unwind, and escape. Our special self-contained guest house is named 'The Nest' for a good reason. Small, cosy, and a place to feel like you can truly 'switch off'. For this reason, we decided there would be no television/WiFi. The space is perfect for a couple, or a solo traveller. We also welcome small children if you're all happy to snuggle up in the King bed! We welcome pets, please just give us the heads up. Time to slow down. We can't wait to welcome you.

Koonga Maya relax and unwind with Fireplace

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs from our chickens.

Moonlight Studio- Nannups favourite accommodation.

Located on Moonlight Ridge in picture perfect Nannup this private cottage sits quietly in the rolling hills and forests that this region is renowned for. With stunning views in all directions this country escape has been carefully furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat for people looking for a quiet and peaceful break. The cottage comes with a private garden with raised garden beds,outdoor firepit and orchard. Enjoy the excellent wood heater to keep warm and cosy in winter.

Yallingup Pure Living (Breakfast and Free Wifi)

Unwind and wake to birdsong in a perfect couples' (or singles) getaway in the Yallingup Hills. The bathroom is luxuriously spacious, containing double shower heads /basins, plus a large bath. A huge walk-in robe is perfect for getting ready for evenings out. Bedroom has a new queen bed. Relax and enjoy the view from the sunny living area. Have your breakfast and coffee, read a book, or watch sunsets from your private deck. You'll be self sufficient in the kitchenette. Kangaroos pop by daily.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The Tin Shack

Quaint & Quirky. Clean, self-contained accommodation suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children. Seperate bedroom, lounge and bathroom (Including WM). Small hobby farm with dogs, goats & chooks. Close to Blackwood River. Bridgetown & Boyup Brook only 15 minutes drive away. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and farmland. Sit in the comfy outdoor chairs while watching the sunset. Cosy Outdoor fire in winter. # No Smoking # No pets # No WIFI # Not suitable for children

Nannup Studio Accomodation

Studio is spacious and serene. Grab a book and relax under the trees and watch the birds. This is a one room studio with 1x Queen bed 2 x single beds set up on request. Suitable for 2 x Adults 2 x children Full Kitchen, oven Pets are welcome but must be kept on leads to protect our chickens, horses & wildlife and are not to be left alone in the studio. BYO pet bed, food bowls. We ask that dogs not be on the soft furnishings. Outdoor fire pit, wood available $20 cash per basket.

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Sit back and relax in this custom built , stylish & private studio. Nestled amongst landscaped gardens , natural forest, abundant wildlife and all within a 3 minute drive to town or beach. Meelup beach !! Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. Very close to a selection of fine wineries , restaurants & breweries with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. We promise you won't want to leave.

Chestnut Brook Getaway

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098
