The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Maslin St Farmhouse

A short drive from Bridgetown centre, Maslin St Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy walking through the gardens and exploring the paddocks and dam whilst watching the sheep, alpacas, ducks and chooks on this five acre property. Bookings for up to 6 guests include bedrooms 1,2&3 plus two bathrooms. Additional bedrooms and spa bathroom available at extra cost. Maslin St Cottage has extra accommodation on the same property. NB there are working bee hives on the property.

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Nannup Studio Accomodation

Studio is spacious and serene. Grab a book and relax under the trees and watch the birds. This is a one room studio with 1x Queen bed 2 x single beds set up on request. Suitable for 2 x Adults 2 x children Full Kitchen, oven Pets are welcome but must be kept on leads to protect our chickens, horses & wildlife and are not to be left alone in the studio. BYO pet bed, food bowls. We ask that dogs not be on the soft furnishings. Outdoor fire pit, wood available $20 cash per basket.

Preston Valley Shed Stay

This Newly opened Shed Stay is a true country retreat located on over 100acrs in the Preston Valley. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.
