Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland. Come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie. Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

The Stable @ Bluegrass Gables

Enjoy some retro vibes in this converted barn. Indulge your senses, from the smell of the pine shiplap to the sounds of the wind chimes on the breezy covered porch or some vintage vinyl on the victrola turntable. Light a fire and watch the flames dance in the wood burning stove. Enjoy sips of your favorite beverage from a rocking chair with a view of the Appalachian foothills. Soak in the hot tub! This 2-bedroom, 1 in the loft, 1-bathroom cabin , features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, back deck with seating and gas BBQ. Whether you're in the area to cruise, hike local trails, explore historic sites, or simply enjoy the lake, this space will be the ideal home base! Boat ramp is 1.5 miles.

The Bear’s Den

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful Smokey Mountains in southern Kentucky. We are situated less than 5 miles from the famous Cumberland Falls! We are close to many hiking trails and water sports. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin boasts a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The deck provides a peaceful view of the beautiful forest as well as a great place to relax and grill your favorite meal! An air mattress is provided for additional guests.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. New circle concrete drive big enough to pull a boat through - no need to back up! Flat green space, spacious enough for parking RV or boat or for kids to play around. The side patio hosts a small charcoal grill, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. Inside includes a full size comfy couch, table with 4 chairs, and a recliner chair. All TVs are Smart TVs! Non-smoking!

Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway in the middle of the Daniel Boone national forest. The Cozy Bear is located at the top of a boat ramp on Buck Creek, making this rental a boater’s/kayaker’s or fisherman‘s paradise! Only about a 10 minute boat ride to the main Cumberland Lake with plenty of parking space for your boat trailer. Kayaks, fire pit, grill all provided!

Within 8 minutes Walking to the town square. And a 10 minute drive to lees ford marina and under 15 minutes to Burnside marina. It is also less than 3 miles to the rural development center.
