Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Unique ski chalet five minutes from Sugarloaf access road, with snowshoe / XC ski trail from the property that connects to valley trail system. Cozy, all-wood interior with funky bunk bed tower, homey propane stove, and den with bar and large TV. Equally well-suited for families, friends, and responsible mountain enthusiasts! We love our shackteau and know you will, too! We received negative feedback on our last cleaner so we have a new AWESOME cleaner :)

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

Living within nature. Moose Mountain Lodge is tucked away in the woods on a sunny lot with great views where wildlife sightings far exceed the occasional car that may pass by on the road. It is not uncommon to wake up to 5-10 deer in the back yard or a moose walking down the road. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover a cozy bedroom complete with a work space and reading nook. Hidden up a trap door on the third level are two twin beds for the nimble. A full deck complete with a small fire pit is available in the warmer months. Your getaway awaits!
