We're a seven minute drive to Gualala Point Beach, where one can park and enjoy a scenic, short 15 minute or 30 minute walk to the beach. "Gualala" means "Where The River Meets The Ocean." We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

The property is part of The Sea Ranch Association, which includes three recreation centers with pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, saunas and numerous biking and walking trails along pristine coastline and beaches. The house is very close to the Mendocino county line and the town of Gualala with great restaurants.

Designed in 1967 by Joseph Esherick and George Homsey, the small modernist retreat is one of the defining homes from Sea Ranch’s formative years, pairing Northern California modernism with understated contemporary comforts.
